How the score is made
The check looks for a fixed list of common skills (in English, Romanian and Turkish) in the post. A skill listed under requirements or duties counts 2 points; a “nice to have” counts 1. Your lines earn full points when they name it, and half when they name something close — “Excel” for “advanced Excel”, “CRM” for “tickets”. Years of experience come from the from–to dates on your work lines; study years don’t count. Score = points you have ÷ points on offer: 70 and above, apply; 50–69, tailor first; below 50, rethink the target. It is a teaching sample, not the rubric the job-hunt engine uses — a real review reads every line.
